The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to the market and waterfront. The views from the fifth floor outside area were breathtaking, showcasing the beauty of the town, mountains, and mangroves. Additionally, the staff was very friendly and helpful, with good English language skills.
The room itself left much to be desired. It was in desperate need of renovation, with mirrors covered in mold and wooden window sills crumbling.

We stayed at a hotel in a prime location, right in the heart of the city. It was conveniently situated next to the lively night food market, allowing us to easily explore and indulge in local cuisine. The room was clean and cozy, providing all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The friendly staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, providing us with fresh water bottles daily. it was a great value for money, with its central location and excellent service.
The hotel could benefit from some updates to its facilities.

The rooms here at Krabi Grand Hotel are air-conditioned and provide a cozy atmosphere. As a vegetarian/vegan, I appreciate having a fridge and minibar to store my plant-based snacks and drinks. It really helped me feel at home during my stay.
Personally, I found the bathrobes in the twin room to be unnecessary. But that's just my opinion, some may still enjoy the added luxury.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Krabi. The location was amazing, as it was close to the city center and right next to the night food market. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. We also appreciated the convenience of having transportation options nearby, including the airport shuttle station. the great location, cleanliness, and helpful staff made our stay enjoyable.
